LATE ARRIVAL

"I require 24 hours' notice for appointments booked Monday through Friday that require canceling or rescheduling, and 48 hours' notice for weekend appointments. If you need to cancel last minute (for any reason), there is a $25 charge that must be paid before you can book again. You will also be required to provide a credit card for future appointments, and a 50% deposit will need to be paid for all future appointments. Please note that all appointments will be rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, unless you call and receive approval directly from Angelica at Hell On Heels Beauty.

 

Every appointment is customized for each client, and everything is set up before your arrival, including clean linens and the materials used for your lash extensions.

 

For new client appointments, it is my policy to add an extra 30 minutes to the appointment. During this time, you will fill out the necessary client documents, and I will explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have. This is required in accordance with professional and health regulations. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.

 

I always respect your time and ensure that no one else's appointment interferes with yours. For existing clients, please be aware that if you arrive late, your lash application time may be reduced. Arrivals exceeding more than 5 minutes late will require you to call and obtain approval, as rescheduling may be necessary."
